Starting his career journey back in 1990, Ahmad Ali Zia has worked with some of the top Fortune 100 MNCs (including Unilever, P&G, 3M, Pfizer, KFC, GSK) and big local and regional companies in diverse industries (including Ali Bin Ali Group, Aptech, Muller & Phipps, HRSG) in senior HR and Supply Chain roles across the Middle East and Pakistan over the last more than three decades. Ahmad has the unique distinction of leading the HR Functions of Pakistan’s largest FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Logistics & Distribution and HR Services Companies (Unilever, GSK, Muller & Phipps, HRSG). In his most recent Corporate role, Ahmad served at GSK Pakistan, as HR Cluster Head, Pakistan & Iran till 2018.

Between 2019 and 2022, he collaborated with HRSG, Pakistan’s largest HR Services and Solutions Company, to establish and lead its ‘People and Business Partnering’ Business as the CEO and Group CHRO, rolling out his pioneering business model through the HRSG platform. During this time, he on-boarded and served some major clients across multiple industries and sectors, including FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, Retail, Distribution, Textiles, Education, Hospitality, IT, Technology, Telecom, Media, Construction, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Energy, NGOs, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Automobiles, Textiles, Family Conglomerates, Start-ups etc.

Ahmad has substantial first-hand experience of the Middle East Market and its HR challenges, having headed the HR Function for both a big MNC (Unilever – KSA & Gulf), based out of Dubai, UAE and a major Family Business (Ali Bin Ali Group – Qatar), based out of Doha, Qatar. During all his senior HR Leadership and Business Partnering roles, Ahmad worked closely with the Leadership Teams in rolling out major HR Initiatives, including Organization Design, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Re-Structuring, Rationalizing, Talent Acquisition, Training and Leadership Development, Organizational Change, Employee Engagement, Cultural Transformation, Data Analytics, HR Service Delivery, AI and Capability Building linked to key business thrusts. With this rich, strong and versatile background and experience, Ahmad has established his own Private Limited Company, Resource Hub People and Business Partners, with a clear passion to realize his ambitious vision of transforming ‘Human Resources’ to ‘Resources for Humans’.

He is currently the CEO and Managing Director / Founder / Chief People and Business Partner of Resource Hub People and Business Partners (Pvt.) Ltd. Ahmad holds a Level 7 CIPD-Certification in HR and ER, with ‘Distinction’, from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK, and is also certified in Corporate Governance as a ‘Director’ by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, apart from his Electrical Engineering Degree from NED University, Karachi, Pakistan. He is also a certified Leadership Coach, Career Mentor, Public and Corporate Trainer, 360 Assessor, Board Member, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) Auditor.

Ahmad is happily married with children and apart from his strong passion for music, fitness sports and reading about Psychology, AI and Futuristic HR, Ahmad loves to spend quality time with his Family

Salman Ahmad Saeed
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Salman brings more than 2 decades of diverse experience of contemporary Human Resource practices, from his rich experience in world class multinational and renowned local organizations.  His highly adaptable and people-oriented approach has evolved over the years through his interaction at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels, with a variety of people ranging from those who perform foot soldier tasks on the production floor to seasoned professionals in middle and higher management, to Managing Directors and Chief Executives of companies.  These intense interactions have instilled in him the know-how of the sensitivities prevalent in different cadres in organizations, as well as the mechanics of how organizations work effectively.  He has also been part of teams that have implemented automation of various HR related processes such as in the areas of Performance Management, Training and Development, Reward etc.

 

Coupled with Salman’s experience spanning across a wide range of industries, such as FMCG (Tapal Tea, Futehally Chemicals), Oil and Gas (eni), Engineering (Siemens, Philips), Financial Services (Askari Life Assurance), Retail (Bonanza Garment Industries), Educational Institutions (Cleveland State University, USA) Automobiles (Brothers Engineering Works) and others, he has diversified international exposure by having lived in Kuwait, Malaysia, USA and currently Pakistan, which adds global ways of working in his highly interactive and technologically oriented approach.

, Imran possesses 20+ years of multifaceted experience of digitally transforming IT Projects, developing cross-functional teams, and managing Technical Sales Operations globally. He has maintained a stellar track record steering Business Development, Operations, and Client Relations while creating and implementing robust strategies using his agile mindset and profound knowledge, which have evolved through various Global IT Certifications.

As a diligent and accomplished leader, he has demonstrated robust expertise in collaborating with industry specialists and partners to facilitate diverse clients with the delivery of innovative Technology Solutions related to various Sensors, IoT, and Azure/AWS Cloud Services. During his various roles with renowned Technology Companies in Pakistan and the Middle East over the last 2 decades (Mobilink Pakistan, MIST Systems UAE, Nokia Siemens KSA, Zain KSA), he has successfully executed end-to-end projects while ensuring on-time completion and delivery in compliance with key architecture Standards, Policies, and Procedures, by leveraging his strong ITIL acumen. Moreover, by liaising with high-performing and technically astute teams while working on a wide range of Projects, he developed a strong understanding of Smart Sensors, RFIDs, RPA, Agriculture, Smart Cities, AI, Machine Learning, E-Learning, Immersive Learning, Augmented Reality, Healthcare, Drones, Mobile Apps, ERP and Website Solutions.

Maham Asif
Senior People and Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead

Maham Asif is a seasoned People and Business Partner, with expertise in Recruitment and Selection, HR Technology, HCM, HR Operations, Organizational Development and Performance Management. She has
over 12 years of Corporate HR experience, working for leading organizations across various sectors, including Gourmet Foods, Reem Rice Mills (JV of Al –Muhadib & Al-Ghurair, UAE), HRSG and ABB Power and Automation, managing and leading critical projects in the areas of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and Performance Management. Maham holds a MS Degree in HR and is an active member of Pakistan Human Capital Forum (PHCF) and HR Legends Forum.

During her stint at HRSG as a key Member of the People and Business Partnering Leadership Team under Ahmad Ali Zia, she successfully on-boarded and served Clients across multiple Industries and Sectors,
